Situated on Nitida wine farm in the heart of the Durbanville Wine Valley, travel time from Cape Town is a mere 20 minutes. Since 1996, Nitida has built an enviable reputation for its cellar door hospitality and award winning wines, a particular favourite is their Sauvignon Blanc. Now Cassia restaurant and function venue is added to the farms portfolio.

 

Eating at Cassia is a stylish but friendly experience with menus that highlight local and seasonal ingredients and suit diverse appetites, whims and pockets.

The classic Cape Heritage style building is cleverly designed to allow maximum flexibility in accommodation. The restaurant at Cassia seats 100 people with additional place for 80 more customers on the suspended balau deck outside when the weather is fine.

 

The dedicated conferencing kitchen offers pre-designed conference menus at various price points but these are flexible to suit individual needs and dietary requirements. Or our team of chefs will design an individual menu specifically suited to your event.

While there is a full bar and wine list to choose from, the multiple award winning farm wines are featured prominently. A tasting of Nitida is offered to assist in wine choice or you can follow chefs wine suggestions.
