Carne SA is the brain child of restaurant owner Giorgio who also owns 95 Keerboom. The meat at Carne SA is a unique offering of the finest cuts of Romagnola beef, Dorper lamb and game, which are all organically grown on Giorgio’s own Karoo farms.
The interior of Carne SA is very modern with wooden finishes throughout and the exposed red brick, wood and steel decor draw inspiration from the original Carne SA. However, you will enjoy a more casual and trendy setting at this branch.
The menu, which is creatively printed on original Italian butcher’s paper, offers a wide selection of classic Italian cuisine that truly depicts its culinary traditions. However Carne SA is not solely focused on steak. There is a wide selection of classic Italian antipasti and pastas, and a grill section that includes marinated leg of lamb, pork, chicken and game dishes in addition to the prime beef cuts.
