One of the best fine dining experiences whilst on holiday. The staff is super friendly and will ensure that you feel warmly welcomed. My daughter and I enjoyed every meal we had during our stay. We had great expectations as we drove into the cobbled carpark, No excuses for the amount of food served, Hank Marin would not have stood for the minuscule amount of food, a complete waste of time and money.We left very starving even after telling the waitress; she said: you should have ordered bread for starter.Very disappointed,Nener come back....England and Brazil.

Always a pleasure and a culinary experience to have a dinner at the Conservatory.The food was good, and service perfect.

A sadly disappointing experience but lovely setting. The service was so well below par. Waiter repeated our orders wrongly 3 separate times ( for only a group of 3)! As main course was arriving, we had to ask another waiter to remove the empty bread tray and side plates. Had to ask for cutlery to be replaced for the steak. Each time the cutlery was added, it was so poorly placed. Simple training needed. Regarding the food, my wife who we highlighted as vegetarian when we booked and again when seated received the non veg starter.Biggest issue: the dishes just kept being rushed out without a break (for all the tables) and portions were huge...we heard the table nearby give the manager similar feedback. The chocolate fondant was awesome though. Saw manager on the distance but never came to the tables until the end to ask for feedback and don’t know how to respond. Overall, disappointing ad these are such easy items to remedy.

Just had the high tea - was so amazing! Loved it and a beautiful setting with interesting options on the menu. Tastes so awesome. Implements to the chefs.

Booked for dinner and have to say the service was excellent,we were very impressed with the lovely young man called Passion,he was so friendly talked us through the menu and what was on the specials board ,plus he helped us choose the wines .Really makes a difference when the staff are attentive.We enjoyed our meals very much Nicely presented and cooked just as we’d asked . Thoroughly enjoyed the evening in a lovely relaxed setting

Five ladies came for breakfast on a Saturday morning and when we said we had not made a booking there was sigh and suggestion we could sit inside but with persuasion we were given a table partially outside. When we left there were many tables that had not been occupied. We were not welcome and my omelette was dry - in all fairness, when I mentioned this to the waiter, he offered to replace it but by then we had all almost finished our breakfast so I declined. We won't be back.

Inventive menu with good textures and flavours. Nice wine list with plenty of local producers. Engaging and professional service. Well worth a visit.

Our family had the most wonderful 3 course lunch on Sunday. The booking was friendly. The service was impeccable ( I am a fussy customer having run a catering company as a chef for 14 years.) Victoria our waitress was delightful; knowledgeable and present. We did not need to ask for a thing; it was offered. The food was absolutely delicious as was the presentation. The setting requires no words. It is a magical place to dine and the walk around the exquisite gardens after was the cherry on top.See you soon. Thank you
