Head Chef: Trevor Gordon Tod
Trevor Gordon Tod is the Head Chef at Hamiltons Restaurant in Malelane. He studied at the Hotel School in Braamfontein, Johannesburg through Southern Sun under Wolfgang Heiduck and Phillip Pickering.
Trevor has perfected the trade over the years and has worked at various restaurants all over South Africa. These include the Airport Sun Hotel, Gold Reed City and Prohibition Coffee Shop in Joburg, the Blue Lagoon in East London, Artist's café in Sabie District, Ten on Russel in Nelspruit and the Malelane Sun Hotel and the Naboom Lodge and Leopards Creek in Malelane
Trevor focuses on contemporary cuisine with Italian influence and his speciality is a deboned chicken peri-peri.
