What a terrible experience we had here. We were booked on a fully inclusive package via a competition won through Firestone SA, which included the Zinzi Restaurant, but somehow the Restaurant messed up. After sorting out the problem from their side, the Manager on duty was extremely rude and couldn't even apologise for the inconvenience and embarrassment caused to us. We were then treated like second class citizens as if the meal wasn't paid for, which it was by the organisers of the competition. The Manager even had the audacity to give us a "lesson" in cellphone etiquette in restaurants. The only phone call we took was the one informing us that the restaurant had messed up and were going to fix it. Even when we confronted him because of his attitude, all he could say was the food okay? Really?!!! Certainly not a restaurant that I would recommend.
