“Go with low expectation to avoid major disappointment”
Consider it is in city Centre, there was expectation, but the rice was not correct to start with, chief skill was definately not professional, self tough, as the nigiri, fish v.s. rice, proportion is incorrect plus the sources (too much takes the taste away), the fish was not even in the "right" part to be used for various plates, the various rolls we ordered all taste the same -- because too much of the source and same source applies to all. The handroll seaweeds packet has been opened for a while, to has contain "other" taste. The fried goods was too oily, the batter was incorrect, not Japanese style at all, consider I am in a Japanese restaurant.Presentation was poor. The Chief uniform needs a good wash. Anyway go with low expectation incase of major disappointment.
