Went there for a pizza and few drinks with my husband. And we had an amazing time. Very efficient service, also very friendly people; me and my husband got the chance to be served by Mr. sia (maybe Cia) quite a friendly an amazing, our drinks always ready on time, and delivered with a smile.We had the capelo pizza and was so fresh and amazing look, because I was starve couldn't take a picture but this place was just amazing.

Great place .... top notch ... I went 3 nights in a row ... do not need to explore more . The service was great , the food was great , neat , clean and good vibe was also great . Close to the pool less formal and then more formal around the corner ... love the place

We found the chef and staff very accommodating. Our meals were scrumptious. they offer a large menu to choose from.

We went to Fiamma on a Tuesday night for a birthday dinner while visiting Ballito. We made a reservation for an outdoor table by the poolside but the place wasn't overly busy. The service is quite good and the manager regularly checked in to make sure that we were happy. We shared the oven-baked mushroom starter and liked it (but wish it had come with more - and better bread to soak up the sauce. The bread they served looked like normal sandwich bread without the crust). I had the butternut ravioli in a gorgonzola cream sauce. It was a good portion and very flavorful. My son had pasta and pizza because he couldn't decide between the two and liked them both - the pizza a bit more so than the pasta. My husband had a pasta with seafood which was a little on the bland side. When we told the waiter that he had accidentally cleared away my son's milkshake before he was finished, the waiter brought him another one. And when we told the waiter that it was my husband's birthday, he came out with a complimentary serving of tiramisu complete with a sparkler! It was really tasty and a wonderful way to celebrate. Fiamma is at the top of the list of restaurants in Ballito and seems to be working hard to continue to please.

Loved this restaurant. It’s such a vibe and the service is impeccable. The staff was super helpful and so friendly. I enjoyed the sushi so much, the livers were a little over cooked for me but overall enjoyed it here and will be back

Went there for dinner with friends on Monday Night and have to say food was amazing service was out of this world. Craig the Manager on duty was very much on the ball frequently checked up on us but must apologise for not being able to remember our waiters name who most definatly needs to be mentioned for his outstanding service can see why FIAMMA is the BEST in Ballito

Don't bother trying to get a booking at this place! They don't answer their phones. We went there in person to make a booking, but no 'management' was there and we left a message via the nice guy who helped us, to call us back and either confirm or decline a reservation. Never received a call. They obviously don't understand customer service! They get a 0 from us. Instead we had a fantastic experience at Mo-zam-bik!
