Almost Orange

Service is GREAT and cake amazing. Well worth a visit, but book - the place is very popular. It's quite hidden but an absolute gem of fine dining.

Food & our waiter were Brilliant! The food is def the winner here, we had the Pork, Fig & Duck samoosas and the beef for mains. The Damper at the beginning was the terrible greeting by the 'host' - dont know his name, he didnt introduce himself - (middle aged white guy) no smile, No thanks for joining us etc. instead, he asked do you have a booking, whats ur name. follow me! Pitty that he is the first part of this beautiful restaurant we get to see. This restaurant is on the inside is abit on the quiter side, maybe some gentle background music would be great. - maybe the outside is more Vibey.

We’ve wanted to try Silver Orange for a while now and I’m so glad we did. Everything was top notch! From booking online to the setting to the food to the service. We had a few starters instead of main courses and we could not decide which we liked more - they were all fabulous! Loved the Mediterranean platter, kudu carpaccio, oysters and salmon fish cakes. Great lunch out! We’ll definitely be back for more.

An outstanding meal all round. Excellent service. Beautiful surroundings. Delicious food. Will definitely go again.

We moved from the country to this area. So nicetobe spoiled with great food. Hubby and roasted redpepper and bacon soup, honey and mustard ribeye steak and apple phyllo tart. I ordered dug and fig samoosas, gorgonzola fillet and belgium tart. All tasted great. Special care was taken with the plating. Will be back.

Nice place and good food...The service was a bit slow, but I assume it is due to the number of guests on the day.

A fine dining experience, and fantastic food that fills you up... coupled with prices that are reasonable is an amazing combination. The waiters were friendly and the atmosphere quietly comfortable. My wife and I were talking about the food for days. We will be back!

My husband and I had dinner and we loved everything from start to finish!Incredible Portuguese red wine;Our starters - tempura prawns and snails were delicious;Our mains fillet & hallumi cheese And the pork ribeye were both phenomenal.It is not a cheap dining option but well worth every cent & certainly worth a visit when in Harties!
