We had booked a table for 4. Arrived was ushered to our table by the hostess but she didn't seem in a welcoming mood. We sat down at the table only to realise the table was wobbly. Asked a waiter to please help with the table. They couldn't fix the table, eventually they asked us to move outside to another table. We got ushered outside and refused the table as we were 4 people being ushered to a table only suitable for 2 people.We went back to the front desk and was ushered by the hostess and waiter to sit at another table. We then waited for someone to come back to us with a menu. Only to look back and find our waiter and another waiter in an argument, which seemed like an argument about where we had been placed as they kept pointing at us. We waited a while for menus. Eventually once we had tracked down the waiter he came to us asking us to please move tables as the table we were seated at was reserved for an engagement. This was now going to be the 4th table we got moved to, so we refused as we had booked a table and were being treated horribly.Eventually, after a few conversations with multiple people who didn't know seem to have a solution for us or even Apologies on the way we were treated we left. Still to see the waiters arguing in front of guests. So unprofessional, so disrespectful and we definitely didn't feel welcome.We will never book here again after that terrible experience. I am sure the food is good but we will never know.

Looking for a cosy shelter on a damp afternoon. Very respectable, well-maintained comfy 'lounge' with classy affordable winelist (with extravagant options). Courteous service. All in all enjoyable and commendable.

Quite a vibey place - in a good way. The menu has lots of choice and for the month of September they are also offering sushi from a neighboring restaurant. The service was great and we enjoyed our meal.

This is one of the best laid out establishments in Durban. The interior Deco is on point and the service was not bad at all.Issue was with the food. We ordered a Shisa Nyama plater. The meat had too much fat on it, the Chakalaka had a burnt taste to it. We were there for the vibe and a chat so we decided not to complain.

We had a fantastic culinary experience! This restaurant should be on your “mandatory visit list”! Exceptional service, wholesome hearty meals and a superb atmosphere! We received world class service and will certainly be back there soon!

We popped in for cocktails, which were amazing. If I were rating the restaurant on it cocktails alone it’d be 5 stars but the food didn’t match. My wife ordered the bbq burger which you’d assume would have a bbq sauce but instead comes with a tomato relish. The cheese and bacon burger is a little dry and whilst it’s ok it didn’t really wow either of us.The management dealt with the feedback well and rectified the situation but still not somewhere I’d go back to for a burger.

No aircon and service was very slow I just wanted to leave immediately. It seems like even the people wanted the same...not caring much???

Had a great evening with my significant other. Always pleasantly suprised with service standards everytime I visit. Great food and wine, perfect ambience, friendly staff and overall cleanliness...Keep it up

Ate here on a busy Saturday evening so had to sit outside which was fine. After bringing the menu and serving drinks, had to chase the waiter to take our order. The food when it came was delicious - butter chicken with accompanying dishes. After that waiting staff were fairly attentive however took too long to take our initial order. Would, however, go back as the food was really good.

Spent an evening here with my spouse and found the atmosphere catered for all age groups including the music which is in line with the time of day. Food was lovely. Manager was very accommodating to our dietary requirements which was much appreciated. Food is pricey. Perhaps it's a place to reserve for special occasions considering the price. If you looking for entertainment, good crowd, and weekend vibe, it's the place to be.
