Named after a woman of quiet elegance and fearless passion, Isabelle is more than a restaurant — it is a tribute to owner & executive chef Dominic Carosin's grandmother "Isa." As a young boy growing up, she would cook up fine French meals: Canapés, Entrée, mains and bake the most amazing desserts. It was from her that he developed his passion for great French fine food. He reimagined the grand tradition of French gastronomy through the lens of modern South Africa and thus Restaurant Isabelle came to be.
