It is garnished with fresh herbs, lime and chilli for personalization of flavor. “Hue” in Vietnamese refers to happy place. Naming his restaurant Pho Hue, makes it clear that the owner wants the public to feel happy and welcome to visit his restaurant to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
