Here at Karoopot we are a family and our goal is to treat each and every one of our guests, as part of this family.
Our expensive selection of wines, from a fruity white wine to a dry and spicy red wine, will add that extra specialness to your evening. All our wines are selected from the finest cellars in the Western Cape and some of our unique cellars in the "Klein Karoo".
Our menu is very special and interesting and full of flavours. From the traditional curry "afval" and "bredies" to a more sophisticated Karoo cuisine with exotic flavours that will enhance your taste buds, using only fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Join us for Breakfast and order the Full Karoo Breakfast - bacon, boerewors, two eggs, pan-fried rosemary cocktail tomatoes, mushrooms and chips served with toast, butter & jam.
For Lunch, grab a sandwich, a pita pocket or the quiche of the day and for Dinner, try the Carpaccio Springbok or Ostrich (served with rocket, spring onion, homemade pickles & piccalilli topped with parmesan shavings) for Starters.
For Mains, have the Vegetarian Platter (choice of two traditional salads, two seasonal vegetables of the day, baby potatoes, crumbed mushrooms, whole pitted olives and feta cheese), or try the Mouthwatering Karoo Oxtail traditionally slow cooked in a rich red wine sauce, or the Deboned Pork Neck, pan-fried and simmered with litchi, lime & soya and served with your choice of starch & two vegetables of the day,
