The well planned menu offers an ample selection of starters including traditional favourites such as the Afettato Misto and Carpaccio. The butternut soup is highly recommended and is delicious either hot or cold. Naturally, pasta features strongly on the menus with the Linguini alla Marinara a popular choice with diners. There are several dishes for vegetarians too, including an impressive layered Gnocci. Main course specialities are the whole Pork Fillet - stuffed with spinach and mozzarella and covered with a creamy Dutch sauce, (this is definitely a satisfying dish for those with a large appetite), and the Corsican Lamb Shank which is cooked until tender then wrapped in phyllo pastry and oven baked. For dessert the traditional Tiramisu is the perfect choice to round off an excellent meal and is sure to impress those with a sweet tooth.
Grazia’s own introduction to the restaurant succinctly sums up what you can expect from this very special establishment - “This has been, not only a major project for me, but a journey of discovery. A great amount of planning and thought has gone into the menu and wine list, always with you, our guest in mind. Recipes from all over have been carefully chosen and tested, with only the best ingredients used. Being Italian, I have included my favourite Italian dishes and have placed great emphasis on the use of fresh herbs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and the Mediterranean spices that have been part of my culture and upbringing. To make our venue an exciting and continuous discovery, our specials, in addition to our a la carte menu, will offer original dishes from all around the world. We hope to make your visit pleasant and relaxing. We strive to offer excellent service, a friendly atmosphere, fine wine and food prepared with passion”.
