Tobago's Restaurant, Bar and Terrace

We had Sunday lunch at the Radisson. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly. The buffet price was really value for money. Looking forward to going back soon.

What a dreadful experience. The only good thing is the waves in the background. Food cold, congealed and sadly lacking in taste. What a pity in an empty restaurant on a public holiday and the manager does not care

Very poor desert menu, slow service (45min) to serve a cheese cake. Waiters not attentive, some of them with clothes not looking freshly cleaned. Definitely not good value for money. But the view is definitely worth it that is why the 2 stars.

Perfect setting overlooking the ocean and ideal for all meals including for families. Presentation of food is above average and higene level is superior. Waiters are vey attentive and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend the restaurant, especially for special memories. Food selection is extensive and generally outstanding.

I took my grandmother and mom to the restaurant assuming that a hotel with its reputation would have excellent food. I was horribly disappointed. Firstly, we waited for about an hour for my T-bone steak and my grandmother's duck. We actually started bubbling on my mom's pasta we were that hungry. When my T-bone arrived, it was cooked medium, even though I had asked for medium rare. My grandmother's duck was so overcooked it was like rubber. The manager told me it would be difficult to cut as the skin is crispy. The skin was not crispy at all. I had to keep chasing and told the waitress that I was going to leave if the food did not arrive shortly. By the time they replaced our food, both my grandmother and I had lost out appetite. This meal cost me almost R1000 and my grandmother described the experience as poor and disappointing.I was furious when the manger came to me after I'd paid the full bill saying she wanted to discount it!

Great view located at the Waterfront, Great Atmosphere & Great Service from Zintle Mto and all the staff very friendly and eager to be of service and assistance.

Thought I’d give them a second chance.... Whilst in the middle of a pandemic, the hospitality industry complains about no business. This restaurant, however, still feels it fair to charge exorbitant prices for measly portions of food! My R 185 salad literally had 3 leaves in it. Staff actually couldn’t be bothered either... We finished our lunch and went elsewhere (for half the price). Nice view if you don’t mind being ripped off.. not much else.

We have been to this restaurant before and always had a good experience.This is the 1st time in lock down that we went to the restaurant again. All safety protocols are in place. All condiments are served in sealed containers and even your cutlery come in sealed packages.The food was fantastic and the presentation thereof. Not to mention the beautiful view. You use your QR reader on your cell phone to access the menu.The staff are all very friendly and helpful.Will definitely be back in the future.

Great view and wonderful experience, service can be improved through management, but it’s difficult to go wrong with this location. Staff needs more training though.

Can eat inside or outside with a great water view. Buffet breakfast is amazing, you will NOT go hungry for sure. Drinks and lite fare on patio great way to spend the afternoon. DInner is very good too, cannot go wrong here!
