Huge venue with multiple food and bar sections...the waiters coped well and our food arrived efficiently..my vegetarian pizza was fantastic and everyone else seemed to enjoy their food as well. Warning: a lot of the tables have bench seating which is quite uncomfortable. I'm taking my own cushion to sit on, next time.

We spent the day wine tasting in stellenbosch and as we drove past the strawberry farm, this restaurant caught our attention. It was probably the hottest day of the year, and with it being tourist season the restaurant was almost fill to capacity. We luckily got a table looking out over the strawberries and the room was relatively cooler than the rest of the restaurant.

The service wasn't bad considering how fill the place was, and the food was tasty. We did however have a bad experience with the bottled water. It tasted completely of chemicals.. could be the bottling plants mistake so we opted for strawberry beer and tap water instead.

We ordered the likes of pizzas, nachos, fish and chips and even the chicken n waffles. The portions were good and the food came swiftly.

I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area and just want a beer and some pub grub!

Not only can you pick strawberries here in season, you can grab some of the loveliest food and drinks on the farm. I enjoy the American corndogs, chicken waffles and crispy calamari, to name a few! And they make a great pimms cup!
