The Reef Cafe

We decided to go to Nahoon beach and drove past Reef Cafe. Obviously deciding to give Reef Cafe a try! It was extremely busy as 3 tour busses stopped there to have lunch(must tell you something?). We nevertheless were helped quickly, and informed by management that they should be more relaxed in 25min!We ordered their seafood basket and it was very well priced for the amount of food received! The restaurant has a beautiful view and it is definitely worth a stop!

My family had a very tasty meal at Reef Cafe. The kids' options were rather limited but my husband and had a really delicious quesadilla and sweet potato stack, respectively. I think the view is usually stunning but today was overcast and misty, but the restaurant was still cozy and attractively decorated. The neighbouring mini museum served as a useful distraction while waiting for our meal.

Wonderful food, nice surroundings, friendly staff & great value.. what more do you need for a birthday get together. So glad we arranged this

After taking a stroll along the boardwalk, we discovered this nice place to have a beer. Great food and service. We ended up having a wonderful lunch on a clear day with great views of Nahoon point.

Such a cool little spot in East London! Great food, great quality, great vibe. Definitely worth a visit. 100% recommended.

Being trying to get here but a hectic busy life has kept me away, so had a couple days leave and popped in to do some quotes for my photography and had not 1 but 2 cappuccinos they were just perfect nice and hot, I ordered a breakfast (forgot the name but have attached a Pic) came with 2 eggs chips a very tasty juicy beef ( hope it was.... On the menu there's a mention of not using the local dassie population ) patty tomato fried onion, the service was friendly and fast I sat outside was nice till the cold west wind picked up... But the view kept me outside lol, can really recommend this eatery, prices seemed fair for the portions and are comparable to other similar eateries loved the presentation of the food I will definitely be back and will bring the rest of the family tooP. Very good little spot. Bit out of the way so quieter with awesome views. Friendly staff and great food. Well priced.

I had breakfast and a side of chippies and black coffee there recently. Great that I could easily substitute another egg for bacon. It was great that my meal was served with fresh, homemade pesto. The coffee is great...and I had attentive, friendly service from the staff. Besides tasty food, loads of free parking, this eatery is in a prime natural spot. Will certainly be back again!

...the friendly service alone would make visiting this spot again worth while, paired with the great food and lovely scenery. I would gladly come again.
