The Book Club Restaurant

Once in a while one gets to have a special dining experience
This was one such occasion.
The chef has managed to make every dish that we sampled, special.
I have been a sucker for beef tartare all my life and this must rate as the very best version.
Even the open sandwiches ( usually not very exciting) had the chef’s special touch giving a taste and texture paradise.
