Sushi Box - Newlands

We had incredible service (which these days seems hard to find) Michael and Vusi were super attentive and gave us the best recommendations which were super. Sushi was so fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend giving them a visit!

They have thee best vegan and vegetarian options, everything you get is fresh. The atmosphere is amazing full of beautiful flowers,will definitely be back

We had to get our own menus. We waited for an hour for our food to be served. There seemed to me many take out people who got preference to the in restaurant diners.Wont be returning.

I have been eating at Sushi Box since it opened, we order out from them at least 3 times a week, sometimes more.Over the last couple of months there has been a clear and noticeable reduction in the amount of Wasabi and Ginger with the dishes.Because I am busy I just started adding extra ginger to our orders. Yesterday even with extra ginger there wan't enough ( and I not ginger mad). When I rang to explain, no-one dealt with this. They were "too busy" to pop 100 yards across the road and deliver so I walked over and got more ginger myself.I left my number and asked them to get the power to give me a call. To my surprise, no call after 24hours - hence the review, hopefully he will read it and give me a call.

Such a lovely lunch date! I was mostly distracted by my girlfriends big, beautiful eyes but when I could bring myself to focus on anything else I noticed a wonderful restaurant (very clean and COVID regulation compliant) with delicious sushi and excellent service! Our waiter, Sam, was super friendly, attentive and efficient! Would definitely recommend :)

We had a lovely sit down meal with wine a spent a couple hours there quite happily. Treated like we were the only people there, lovely friendly service. Food was fresh and served quickly.

Love this place. With the employees from different parts of the continent, there is always a smile! The food is excellent and the box service is more than worth it. We have had 3x orders since 27th of Dec 2019. We asked once to make sure the packing of the food is done well; as the take away was messy when we got home. So this next time it was more than perfect. Happy foot, happy clients! We shall order again soon!!

Both the service and the sushi were great. We will definitely go back next time we are in the Newlands area.

We eat sushi at a lot of places but my God this place takes the "fish". First night in CT and they've just made our holiday. Freshest sushi ever.
