Spur Steak Ranch - Birchwood

I had the worst steak ever, on thursday 4 Feb 2021, and it was made by spur.
Asked for a juicy ,medium done, chargrilled rump steak.
Instead i was served a bland and pale , dry ,well done steak that resembled something made in a pan.
Clearly they have no idea what chargrilled means.
Im very disappointed and won’t waste my money again on something which i can clearly rather prepare correctly myself.
I feel ripped off,...and after mentioning this to the waiter,...the manager never cared to come to my table and discuss with me.
