Siggi's German Restaurant & Pub

Drove past this place on route to our hotel in Salt Rock and was delighted to discover that it was Pet Friendly. We decided to give it a go and really had a good evening out. Service was very attentive with strong management presence. Food was plentiful and tasty with the server helping us navigate the German themed menu. Great kids play area and a small kids menu too so our toddler had a great evening too.

We visited this restaurant in Salt Rock for our 45 wedding anniversary. The evening before we saw so many vehicles in the car park, we decided this must be the place to celebrate.We arrived, but there were very few customers…almost one customer per car. For atmosphere I will give it zero…there is nothing…it’s dead. German restaurants have a reputation for having a buzz.Anyhow we ordered our drinks and food…nothing that made us go Wow! Only the account made us go Wow! Drinks and food prices are on the higher side.Would we bother ever to go and visit this restaurant again…no, I don’t think so.

What an amazing dining experience! Great German cuisine paired with excellent beers . Not to mention the great host Byron and our waitress Sally! Thank you, we will most definitely be back!

A perfect spot for some authentic German food, beer and atmosphere. We stuck to the traditional dishes on the menu and they were very tasty and good portion size for the prices. Service was great and friendly. Big restaurant with tables on the deck and a beer garden with dogs allowed at the tables outside. Will definitely go back.

This restaurant was perfect for some different authentic German food, beers and atmosphere. Location was great for us to have a nice big German meal for lunch and walk back to our villa. We stuck to their traditional German meals and the taste was excellent. Portions are a good size for the prices. Cold German beer also goes down well. Service was good and friendly and they allow dogs in the outside areas. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

The menu is well diversified with reasonable prices. The owner is constantly at hand and always available. Funny how Siggis was able to serve draft beers shortly after teh alcohol bans were lifted when other establishments nearby said "we are waiting for SAB to deliver"

Great food, wonderful atmosphere and personal service.Our waitress, Anita, looked after us very well and had a good sense of humour.Chris is a super host.

We won't miss to have a meal at this German restaurant when we are in Salt Rock. We had pork, curry and liver. All meals were very tasty. The German draught beer did also go down well.Nice ambience.

On Friday afternoon we went there for lunch and the food was great. Our drinks were topped up regularly. I liked the atmosphere and vibe of Siggi's. Saturday we went back for dinner and enjoyed the great people around us having a absolute lekker time with good food and lots of enjoyment! Thank you Siggi for a great weekend of good food and excellent service.
