“Quick pitstop”
Stopped for a cold drink on the way to Muldersdrift. Drinks well priced, food cheap but great. Spend a bit more on the pricier parts of the menu. Chips are good. Sausages not so good.

“good classic burgers”
This is not the place to go if you want gourmet burgers, but the perfect place for a plain old fashioned (huge) burger. The chips are great but be careful of the hot sauce- it bites (bought one to take home). The restaurant has seen...better days but the well used look together with the old memorabilia adds to the charm of the place. The old school music brought back memories from when I was a laaitie (some of it is from before my time) and I heard nothing less than 30 years old- perfect for the more mature clientele. Elvis also sang a few songs. Unpretentious, inexpensive, and a good vibe makes this a nice place to eat.More

“Excellent chips!”
Great crispy chicken in pita filled with salsa- delicious chips. My daughter - 3 - loved her half beef schwarma. Live music on a Sunday - Bad moon rising and the like - lovely! Excellent prices! A biker hang out - adds to the atmosphere....Simple diner menu- no kids menu - but no issue if they like burgers. No frills - down to earth - we will be back.More

“Late Sunday lunch”
We decided to stop for a bite at about 13h30. A fantastic vibe created by the 70's rock and roll theme. There was live music that included a good Elvis impersonation. I suggest you limit the food to beef burgers and schwarmas.
It is worth...a visit but be warned it is not going to be a gourmet delight.More

“Chill time”
The restaurant has an old authentic atmosphere with a rustic finish. Just a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. Feast your eyes on all the retro 'stuff'.

“We were having a great time until.....”
We arrived on an early Friday evening with my brother who had been there the Friday before with my nephew. Our expectation was high as he raved about the the place, we were not disappointed. Although we were the only people there our party grew...to 8 and we all ate - the food is really good and when it was time to go (about 3 hours later) the waiter presented my brother with a bill from the previous week saying he hadn't settled it when he left. Of course this was total nonsense The whole situation left a a really bad taste as both the owner and manager were there the whole time and neither had the guts nor the professionalism to take my brother aside at the beginning of the evening and discuss the matter with him. The poor waiter didn't know what to do and it was a very uncomfortable and awkward moment for everyone. We didn't pay the outstanding amount and left feeling quite humiliated. Unfortunately we will not return purely because of the way we were treated.More

“Blink and you'll miss this fantastic hidden gem!”
On a Sunday Drive we literally stumbled across this awesome little diner! Wonderful relaxed atmosphere with fantastic music and televisions for those wanting to watch sport. We sat in the beer garden (joined by the 2 resident Huskies) and had some reasonably priced drinks and...a delicious lunch. I can recommend the shawarmas and giant burgers! The decor is fantastic and the service is efficient, we will definitely be back.More
