The variety of food is great and the taste is even better. The prawns are possibly the best in Benoni. The cocktails are prepared beautifully and the prices match the standard of food and drinks. Cleanliness has never been a problem.Nicholene proved to be a phenomenal waitress!

Close to guesthouse and food and ambiance superb. We will be back the next tine we are in the area. Thank you for making our special night extra special

Our visit was comfortable and no hassels too serious. Have been quite a few times but wanted to mention a few small things that could be avoided.Throughout our lunch we had no manager on table and nobody checked our satisfaction. We ordered 2 of the pap and wors specials. When food arrived we asked for the castle lites but we're told by our waitress that we could not have them as she ready posted our meals as the option without and she could not change it. We were not asked if we wanted it when we ordered. Squid heads are always good but today not so good. Too oily and soggy. Will be back though so please accept the criticism as friendly observations. Thanks.

Has a very good breakfast special and convenient for further shopping in the small mall. Child friendly.

The atmosphere was great and relaxing, but the food dead average with the halloumi salad rather disappointing with only 3 pieces of cheese. Chicken burnt and over cooked prawns. Other meals generally okay. A little confusion with the reservation, but an overall pleasant experience with room for improvement.

We decided to have Mother’s Day dinner at Piato this year. As we entered and were taken to our table I noticed the stench of cigarette smoke. I mentioned this to the waiter who then took us to another table but you could still smell the disgusting smell. We spoke to the manager who was not really bothered as he claimed he could not smell anything. So we left without eating so assume the food is as mediocre as the management attitude. The smell was coming from a group of people sitting at a table outside the restaurant but all the doors and windows were open hence the stink was drifting inside. Why do smokers get to enjoy the fresh air and the rest of us get forced to endure the disgusting smell. Won’t bother going back there again
