Pedro Portia - Cigar & Champagne Lounge

The service was extremely poor.When the food finally came, all my protein on the mixed grill was cold. The restaurant has since halved their portions on this meal, yet kept prices the same. The Manager had the nerve to lie to me as a customer and call me a liar.I left that place hungry, upset and disappointed, I'm definitely never going back their ever again.

Great venue with awesome decor. Reasonably priced drinks and an awesome selection of Cigars to choose from. Didn't try the food. Will be back for that

I am disgusted at the service received at this place,i attended a function on Saturday afternoon 06/10/2018 16:30.we arrived early so we could set up some decor,the waitresses just stood there not coming to ask whether we wanted any drinks,i approached them for a jug of water and was told they don't serve water i must go and drink in the toilet as they only allowed to sell bottled water(yet later on water in a glass was served to another patron).I asked about bringing in a cake for the birthday we were celebrating and told we not allowed to only if we pay a R25.00 charge per head(that to pay for my own cake,what a joke).Then wanted to take a photo was told by a gentlemen who is so called a Manager said we are not allowed to take photo's.The place where we wanted to take was not interfering with anybody but we were told we are harassing the patron.Then he referred to me as 'my man' imagine that is the type of language used by a so called manager.I want everybody to know that is the type of service i experienced at this particular restaurant which i will never go back to.I also want to add if we were not at that restaurant(about a group of 25 people) for that time if at all there were approximately 20 people(not part of the group) who came there that day from 16:30 till i left at about,19:30.So that is the amount of people interested in this place. 079 854 9784.I would advise that before going to this restaurant find out about their terms and conditions......

Was invited by friends for a saturday evening outing . I was impressed by the level of service offered by the establishment staff. I was also impressed by their collection of cigars . The establishment has a walk in cigar area that offers a wide variety of cigars. The food was awesome ,ordered a platter with calamari ,it was freshly grilled and too yummy . The decor was also very classy and artistry. The ambiance at this place is awesome . We plan to celebrate a close friend birthday here again.

This has to be the best cigar lounge in JHB curently. They have a large selection of Cubans. A very nice cocktail menu. The food is good for a cigar lounge. The layout is trendy and upmarket and almost has a Miami vibe to it. People and service is great and you can spend hours just lazing around smoking a cigar and sipping on fine Whiskey. Well worth is visit!

Stock most of the great brands and open to suggestions on new flavors you wish to add.Friendly staff and well presented seating area. An enjoyable Saturday afternoon chill with a great drink and even better cigar

This is the best cigar lounge in Joburg. The selection was s fantastic and the pricing is fair. If you like Cubans come here and ask for Jose or Pedro.

In summer the outdoor seating makes for a wonderful spot for brunch or sundowners. The resident dj Nano really reads the crowd well so you are guaranteed great music. The decor is sort of regal. There is a decent stock of good cigars. The food is delicious and I would recommend the prawns which are fresh, a good size and tasty. To drink ...all cocktails are good but we particularly liked the mojitos and caipirinhas.

Entering this establishment you are immediately struck by the great decor. This is straight out of the French Riviera of some type of Jame Bond movie. There is a huge glass display with almost any type of cigar you can imagine. The champagne list is long and impressive. This is a definite place to take a date or anyone you would like to impress for a drink.The food hardly beats KFC, it's very simple and mostly deep fried. Wow, if they could add a few impressive dishes to their menu this would be a knock out place.Apparently Thursday through to Sunday this is the spot to hang out in Cedar square.
