“Family outing”
A spur is a spur. You know what you going to get. Food was good. Kids were everywhere. Crumbed mushrooms has changed to ruffer. But same quality as you have been expecting for 50 years

“Family Place”
My daughters favorite Spur! She loves the play area and there are always 2 care takers. Nice entertainment on Wednesday nights.

“Great Food and Service”
From the spur moved to the new building, the vibe is much better, better setup and their service and food are still the best, although my opinion is that all Spurs prices are getting to much for a family restaurant and the size of the portions. But Brackenfell Spur I will always recommend!

“Best local spot”
Everything in this place is great from the food, service and the play area. The waiters get to know you so they already know what you order and have it ready for you in two ticks! The kids thoroughly enjoy the play area as well which is nice and big now. Great place!!!

“steak or wafers”
We were a group of 5 ladies and two of us went for the cheddamelt steak which I have not had in years. They were very busy on Friday 15.6.18. When we received our meal (I had asked for medium to well) the other lady well done. As soon as I cut mine it was bloody so I sent it back as did the other lady. To solve the problem they hit out steaks so that it was wafer thin and this a rump. Again when we got to the bigger part which they missed to hammer it was still very red. I am a lady and have done rump so it still looks like rump.

“One of the better Spur franchises”
We love coming to this Spur. It is smaller than your average Spur, and the service is always excellent. The food is lovely and fresh, and exactly what you expect from a Spur. Two nice play areas as well.

“Clean, friendly, value for money!”
