Muse Restaurant

Muse is consistently excellent in their food and service. Good new additions to the menu. I love the butternut and chickpea croquettes and the caramel fondant is still the most excellent dessert. We love Muse and the humble team in the kitchen, definitely happy to support Muse in this difficult time.

Brilliant Restaurant, relaxed atmosphere. I Plating is superb, fine dining. Service is tops - our waiter was amazing. Food is delicious. Reason for my 4 stars - salmon was on the menu but not available (I am pescatarian)

Wow wow wow! I've heard and read a lot about this restaurant but it exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. From start to finish every bit as close to perfection as possible. Exceptional meals to choose from, amazing wine list and to top it all off, phenomenal service! Although we are in the midst of a pandemic, the staff kindly informed us of the new covid regulations and how it effected their trading hours (kitchen closes earlier) and urged us to place our orders as quickly as possible so we could relax the rest of the evening, and yet, even under the increased pressure they didn't fail to impress. Exquisite tastes and beautiful presentation from all the dishes and we recieved the food faster than anticipated. All in all we could not have been happier with the experience. Dee, our waiter was incredibly well informed on all the dishes and even the wines! Funny and professional. A must visit if in tow n! 10/10 well done Allan and your team

We walked in on a Tuesday for lunch - no booking required but it s generally busy at night we are reliably informed. We can now understand why. The food was really something to write home about. Wonderful flavours and presentation. Excellent wine list. Recommended without hesitation

Eating at Muse is a gastronomical experience. The eclectic tastes. The desserts are not too be missed. Honestly one of the best places I have eaten. Pippa, who served us, was informative and friendly. Highly recommend it.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve enjoyed in a long time. The restaurant has a cosy and intimate feel and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The food is absolutely mindblowing! I definitely reccommend Muse to anyone and everyone!

What a lovely evening we had celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary with you! Dian is a superb waiter who knows the ins and outs of every dish on your menu. The food was excellent, the service great and a special treat from the chef because it was our anniversary was a nice surprise. Thanks again for a great evening of celebration.

Another stunning evening at the Muse which also impressed guests from JHB and Cape Town. The food was stunning - both taste and presentation, the service was excellent - Pippa, our waitress was engaged with the table despite it ring a busy evening and really made everyone feel special. Overall experience is a great and a great place for that something extra.

An A for effort and great service/setting. However the food just doesn’t hit the mark. The chefs are trying way too hard - and as a consequence the dishes lose their way.

Muse is always excellent, from the delicious variety of meals to the attentive but not intrusive service. Muse consistently offers the reassurance that you can relax in the knowledge that a meal here is a wonderful experience.
