Mugg & Bean - Sandton City

The store manager, Oscar Tshabalala, is fantastic. I will always come again to this store just to be served by him. His attitude and attention to detail is customer satisfaction is a breath of fresh air. I am proud to be a fellow South Africa, and will have no hesitation in referring South Africans and foreigners to this store because of Oscar.

Instead of opting for a breakfast meal as usual I decided to try the burnt end brioche bun at Mugg & Bean this weekend. The bun was nice and crispy but it was overflowing with filling, so a knife and fork is definitely recommended. The meat was a little tough but had a nice flavour, and the meal consisted mainly of cabbage. There wasn't enough sauce and it felt like I was eating a salad. The sweet potato fries were excellent though. I also had an iced coffee which was really delicious.
