Mongo's Restaurant

After years of driving pass Mongo's, we finally decide to go for dinner. Live band was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect. The food was terrible. Our waiter was inexperienced, we asked for half to be mild and half hot. She kept on saying that we must taste the sauce on the table and that it is the sauce they use. We tasted the sauce and was hot so we asked her again if we could have mild, she insisted that our one guest who really couldn't eat hot (due to a tummy operation ) have the hot. She made us feel so silly that we wanted mild. We felt very uncomfortable. The portion sizes were so small. We ordered a full LM chicken and a seafood platter. The chicken was a baby chicken ! The meal took over 30 minutes to arrive and was dry and tasteless. The pieces of the full chicken were equivalent to a quarter chicken. The veggie portion was no exaggeration 3 slices of carrots and 1 tablespoon of creamed spinach,7 chips.we will not recommend or revisit. No value for money
