Mike's Kitchen - Milnerton

Haven't been in a Mike's Kitchen for years and our visit yesterday was a pleasant one. Well prepared and mouth watering spareribs and rump steak served with either chips sweet potato chips or veg on the side as well as onion rings The service was smooth and quick Not so cheap any more but large portions 2020 they will see us again Ps still a smoking area for the smokers and ? friendly

Oxtail good and steak excellent. Our waiter was really attentive and very nice. We had a good experience

My girlfriend and I had stunning T bone steaks at Mikes Kitchen last night . Cooked to perfection , Great service and for under R90,00 / meal .

I ordered at 11:54 was told it will be 15 min 25min later after they served breakfast to a couple that walked after I gave my order. The order arrived eggs are sunny side not over easy. When I asked what took it so long since there was no orders before mine restaurant had 2 tables before I ordered that we’re eating already. She said the wors takes long even I saw the chef warming it from the microwave when I asked for my order. Both chefs and manager had their masks right below their noise just covering their mouths and when the manager walked towards me he covered his noise. When he was on top of my food he didn’t think of covering his noise oh. Don’t give times when you don’t know when you not sure.

If you are looking for a family friendly restaurant in the Milnerton area then I would recommend Mike’s kitchen. They have a great selection of kiddie meals and activities for Kids that include an under cover play area, a gaming room and colouring paper.

We recently visited Mike's Kitchen for the first time. We've heard a lot of good things about them, so we had great expectations.Our experience was average. Service was great, but food average.

Decided to try an old favourite that had gone off the boil again.what a pleasant surprise service was great food very tasty and left us feeling happy with our decision.

I have reviewed Mike's Kitchen Milnerton here before. However I would like to complement them again. This time it was for their Christmas lunch buffet. It was R350 per person and consisted of a choice 1 of 4 plated starters, a biffet/carvery and a choice 1 of 3 puddings. The buffet/carvery had a table of different salads, chicken curry, beef stew, sweet and sour pork stew, roast beef, roast pork, roast chicken and rice, potatoes and a selection of veg. You could go up to the carvery for multiple servings. The food was cooked to perfection (nothing fancy but well cooked and tasty) and the service was outstanding. This restaurant has become a favourite of ours and we now would rather go here than get a take away.

The meal was ok nothing special but also nothing wrong with it but the service and atmosphere was sad - there was no joy in serving its like the lady just didnt wanted to be there

If you want a light lunch which is well prepared and presented, then this restaurant is a must. We decided to have the steak egg and fries which again was well prepared. The steak was exactly what we ordered. The service in this restaurant is without question as it has always been. The venue is situated strategically on Koeberg road with no parking issues. You are not even 1km from the nearest beach where you may relax with a cold drink. This restaurant remains on my ticklist.
