Beautiful restaurant, food was outstanding, the staff service was impeccable and great value for money

By far the beste dining experience my family and I have.experienced.Brilliant service by every waitress.The food was impeccable.not a single thing we could fault!!!.such a lovely warm atmosphere.the staff really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.and ensure you dining experience is...nothing but perfect.!!! What a delight to be dining in this restaurant- lovely ambience and stunning decor. We had a pleasant waitress. . Was served with a choice of 4 different complimentary breads with 4 spreads. Aside from the menu items we had specials that were explained to...us. Between meals there were pallet cleansers served as well. Food was well presented and so was the dessert. On visiting the ladies restrooms I was surprised to have noticed by what I have never ever seen anywhere in the many parts I have travelled locally and internationally - 2 GHD hair straighteners plugged in and ready for use.More

We have arranged for our small business festive dinner at Kream this year and wanted to treat our employees to a real outing to thank them at the end of a difficult 2020 and have chosen Kream for the occasion. What a disappointment! The waitress...never made us felt welcome, and were always in a rush, I had to call her for service each and every time a wanted a drink. She did not observe serving protocol and I twice had to ask her to confirm with the ladies at the table if they need something. The food was average, with about 600 to 700 g steak portions served to the ladies and the oxtail main dish served to me burned. We were also expected to pay a deposit to "secure" the seating for the evening. When I called for the bill, the deposit was not subtracted. We waited for our guests to leave after dinner before we went back and queried this and had a fairly heated discussion before we were paid back our deposit. The Manager for the evening was young gentlemen called Victor, or at least he was introduced as such and as the Manager and he confirmed that deposits were only requested for parties of 12 and more and our original table booking was for 9 people. Overall an average experience in terms of food, poor experience in terms of service and poor experience in terms of administration and I will definitely not recommend Kream as the choice for business lunches etc.More

It's not often that a restaurant experience is such a memorable dining experience, great fun, and completely faultless! The KREAM team are on their A-GAME!!! Service 10/10 Food 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 Value for Money (10/10) - I didn't pay, but whatever it was, it was...well worth it! Overall Rating 10/10 I even called the chef out the kitchen to meet the person who made my food! A special shout out to Valdi, Judy, Tary (there were more, too . . . you know who you were!) Took some clients there for lunch yesterday, I ordered the duck at R230, which turned out to be over cooked and tasteless, might as well have gone to Simply Asia, extremely disappointing as I have been to Kream in Brooklyn and the food was good.

I enjoyed my lunch at this place. Very neat Staff are on point Food very tasty It was my first time tasting scallops and I enjoyed it.

This has, over the years, been my go to restaurant for any occasion. Their food stands (in my opinion) on par- if not better- than some of the finest restaurants around the world. But, after almost 12 months of absence, I returned to a restaurant...that was a void of its former glory. The forced closure of all restaurants in South Africa between March and April 2020 has had an evident butterfly effect on the output of their once glorious meals. I usually ordered scallops for starters, and I did, but what I received was nothing short of underwhelming. I ate them with the hope that the duck confit would erase the dissapoint from my palette. But, sadly, the punches kept on rolling. It was nice, but not amazing. Not at all like how I remembered it. Surely a good cup of coffee would flush down the dissatisfaction? But even that was a weaker version of their once strong and rich brew that one shouldn't have after a meal, but one I enjoyed to end a meal. Anyway, it was a fun night out, but the food was sadly a let down. Perhaps while they regain their composure and menu, one should rather stick to the options presented by one of the managers. They are presumably better than the standard items and their novelty would present a fresher version of what many have come to expect from the establishment. Maybe this may have something to do with their new menu which has removed a few favourites from their pages, but, I am still hopeful and will return, but only for the "off-the-menu" options (until further notice.)More

The food was cooked well, the service was excellent. I recommend Kream to anyone that wants to enjoy a delicious meal and a lovely ambiance.

I give 5 stars because everything was on point...from the recommendations,food,service.The portions are also huge so be prepared to take a doggy bag.We were served by Tatenda,a very sweet waitress
