Kafe Serefe

We four elderly gentlemen have a lunch together every month in the Southern Cape and "the man in the chair"decided to try out Kafe Serefe. We were all very happy with his choice and enjoyed. an excellent meal there. In the many years that our little group has been in existence we, as friends, had never lunched in this rather quaint little restaurant. In almost all respects Kafe Serefe was up to our rather high standards. Perhaps the wine glasses could be of a better quality. We notice little points like that.

First of all I would like to thank Reigh for outstanding on the spot customer service and for her great friendliness and making us feel right at home. Thank you so mutch Reigh I will definitely be a long-term Forevermore customer because you are the 1st person to know how to handel baklava the right way mmmmmm women you're my thank you so much. I will be forever and evermore a loyal customer because you know how to BAKLAVA THE RIGHT WAY YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!

The food is always of the highes quality.The staff very friendly and helpful.Been there a couple of times and have never been dissapointed.Great pace!

We regularly go to Kafe Serefe and the food is always good and the service is excellent. Last night we were not so happy with the food and gave our waitress and the manageress feedback about this. They were so positive about it and gave us the choice of another meal, which we declined since the rest of the food was good and the atmosphere was really great. We all slip up - it's how we fix it that matters, and therefore I will be back again and again.

Wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. The waiters are very friendly and you immediately feel at home. We had a lovely time and will be back!

We celebrated a friends birthday at Kafe Sarefe last week, the waitress, Erika, was great, friendly and efficient, the food delicious, all in all an awesome afternoon enjoyed by all. Will most definitely visit this restaurant again.

Arrived late on the 30th of December, but the helpful staff were more than willing to accommodate us. Had a lot of fun while enjoying the most well prepared meals. Definitely recommended for exquisite Turkish style meals.

We were slightly surprised when a relative suggested we met for lunch at this restaurant but it turned out to be excellent. The staff were most helpful in finding a gluten free dish for my wife. The atmosphere was unusual but pleasant with a Turkish flavour and a touch of North Africa. In a party of 6 we had 5 different dishes all of which were enjoyed. The price was a pleasant surprise.

I just want to say thank you to the women I met hoe was our waitress. She keep on smiling and was so nice to us. She made my drink exstra special just for me. Thank you Catherine for youre customer service you made me feel very comfortable and relaxed youre amazing. You are a asset to your restaurant. Elrina and Willie keep on smiling.

I repeat, if you are looking for a perfect Turkish experience with absolutely delishes food (mix of South African and Turkish cuisine), look no futher! Kafe Serefe will take you away to a night full of belly dancing, Turkish delight and a hand washing ceremony, a unique experience that is not to be missed! Their food, especially their meat variety is of the best quality you can find, and the dessert will have you asking for more! Having been to Turkey myself, this restaurant offers an atmosphere equal to, or dare I see, even BETTER, than the real Istanbul experience itself!
