27/11/2019 a family of four arrived at about 19h00, found upstairs stifling hot & noisy so moved to downstairs which was cooler. A female waiter took our drinks order-one was a glass full to the brim of white wine. Good value. We ordered our meals and about an hour later a plate with two spring rolls, another with 3 prawns cascades arrived. A further hour later no one was interested in our vacant food table. After two ours we got up and walked out. No one approached us. The +- 8 waiters at the entrance were loitering as we passed. Then outside Steers we passed our waiter coming into the mall. I guess she'd found more interest at the Pub n Punter. We were quite livid & were sorted out quickly by KFC. If this is how you expect visitors to get drawn back to the South Coast then you are to blame for why this place has gone to the dogs. We are local and eat out regularly. Quite frankly you can stick your restaurant, there is plenty competition.
