Incredible view very generous portions and reasonable prices - just what you need now! The mussels were divine and the pork loin and venison shank equally recommendable. Also appreciated the option to swop chips/ salad for veggies which not many places do. My only criticism is that the portions were a bit huge and a little on the rough side - presentation wise. But not a major in my books.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch which was made really special by great wine and exceptional service from Brittany. All the meals served were delicious and well presented. Such a great place for a meal with family and friends.

Tonight I realised why South Africa is such a great place. We had an amazing experience at Guardian Peak restaurant. The atmosphere was great. Food was amazing. We had a great server (Luntu) very knowledgeable and friendly. I can recommend this place to anyone.

3March 2021 table guests 6.Bad service. Very average food. Waited for food, wine refills! Waited for the bill. The manager sat infort of his computer all night in plain view not attending to his guests. Had a bone dry salmon salad! This used to be one of our favorite restaurants NOT anymore! Disappointing

One of the best meals out in quite some time. Could not fault anything - except that we couldn't have wine due to Level 3 restrictions! Spring rolls and salt and pepper squid starters were incredible. Main courses - fillet, Sirloin and Harissa Roast Chicken - were all fantastic. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the chicken had a good "bite" to it.Best dish of the day went to the Amarula Panna Cotta. Unbelievably good.All topped off with excellent service and a great view. Would highly recommend and i will be back for sure.

A wonderful lunch experience that was delicious and well priced. Service was fantastic and includes an additional wine for tasting. The starters were the highlight.

Ah what a location! This is location is out of this world. Views to die for!We dined here for a special occasion, and although the food was devine, the service really just let them down.We got our first round of drinks and ordered our food, and after that, we were pretty much forgotten about. We saw other tables, that had arrived after us, had received bread and olives, so we asked for ours, which then arrived the same time as the starters. Of which one starter was forgotten about, the whole table had finished their starters by the time the forgotten starter had arrived. I must say, the mussels were outstanding.We had to chase for drinks and their SMG wine, we wanted to order, was out of stock, but on the menu and not mentioned beforehand when we asked.The waiter has disappeared and then later on we received service from another gentleman who tried to play catch up.Mains were lovely, their steaks and pork loin devine! As mentioned in the title, food good but pity about the service!

we were passing here by chance and spontaneously decided to pop in. we were not disappointed, both our food was delicious, service very attentive and even gave me a free tasting although the restaurant was quite busy - 5 star!

We had the most amazing tasting and cheese platter. Lunto was our wine expert. He made our experience. What an expert guide through the history and stories of the great wines this farm has to offer. Please ask for him to serve you next time.
