I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I do like to try to eat meat free. Their mushroom risotto balls are amazing. We eat two or three starters and this is one when we feel like lots of different flavours. Haloumi cheese fingers with sweet chilli sauce is always good, fried not grilled people. It's delish! For something tasty and different I had their falafel burger and was not disappointed.

Quite often when the service is bad from the waitering staff, one would think that they are short staff. However at Fabrica, there are plenty of waiters and waitresses, just that no one pays attention. They served us coffee with no sweeteners/sugars, we had to ask. They served toast with our breakfast with no butter, we had to ask. One of the waitresses came to take the sideplate off my table as she needed it for another table. I seriously don't think I could ever go back. There are plenty places in close proximity that produces way better food anyway.

Our waiter Pumi was energetic and helpful with meal and drink choices. Lovely atmosphere, wholesome food and a waiter that made the evening a lovely one. Had spaghetti and meatballs, tuna salad, condensed milk coffee and a Stretton double cut with berries mix.

Delicious food every time.Menu options well balanced with memorable mouth watering moments which makes it our first choice everytime. The coffee is smooth and delicious.

Good Coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juices, the wife and I had the vegetarian breakfast which consisted of deep fried halloumi, potato rosti and poached eggs. All were superbly done. My son had the sirloin steak breakfast. That was also deliciously prepared. Service is fast and friendly, not busy at all like most establishment's on a Monday morning. Will definitely try their lunch or dinner options.

My husband and I had dinner at Fabrica. Lovely resturant, excellent service (by nelson). Not the cheapest food but certainly worth it.

This restaurant has a decent menu and a pleasant setting but unfortunately, all this is wasted as time and time again, the service is terrible. The waitrons stand around chatting and not serving the customers, and when they do serve you they manage to get the order wrong, spill coffee and generally give a disinterested approach to service. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

Very simply this used to be a great restaurant but customer service and food has down turned it. I paid 105 rands for the Exotic prawn wrap which had 4 prawns in it. The staff said that's the correct amount. All other restaurants have considerable more prawns on anything. Needless to say the staff concern were was empty as my wrap. Really wont last much longer.

Lunch for two service was very ordinary food was poor and expensive at what you ordered - the fresh juices were excellent.. would I go back doubt it . Must be better in the Durban North area

We went to Fabrica for a breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at the big selection. the food was plentiful.Can recommend the Porto Egg Benedict and Omelette.
