El Burro - Green Point

Last night I finally got to visit El Burro in Greenpoint! I had definitely heard a lot about it, and although it didn't blow me away, it was still a really great experience!

The restaurant does a good job of transporting you to the heart of Mexico, and the food was truly authentic! I ordered the Enchiladas Rojo which was really good, not too spicy, and the berry and mint margarita. The prices are a little steep, but once you are there you realize you are paying for more than just the food. The service, food and vibe will bring me back for sure!

What an amazing Valentines day evening! The setting, the food and the service from Amy Ray was great! We had the carne cerviche, and taquitos for starters, the chicken tacos and steak quesadillas for mains and had MCC to drink. Would recommend it to everyone
