Waitress Informed us about special but neglected to mention that malva pudding wasn't available. Ordered garlic snails and waitress asked if we want cheese and after we ordered main meal she informed us that we have to pay extra for the cheese. Service was slow and no senior member on duty to enquire about service or to find out if the food was prepared to our satisfaction. No communication with customers.
This was a disappointing experience.??
