Dros - Edenvale

We stopped by for Sunday afternoon lunch and I can't say I've been impressed by the Dros chain so far. The service was incredibly bad. Our waiter seemed to have forgotten about us half the time, and when my meal came there was no side veg, and no explanation from the waiter as to where it was or when it would be arriving. When the manager came to ask how we were doing, I asked about the veg and she very half-heartedly said she would check and wandered off. It came eventually, when I was nearly done with the rest of my meal.

The cocktails they serve are expensive and awful. We had margaritas which I asked if they came frozen, to which the waiter said they do. When they got to us, they literally just put ice in them. Plus it tasted like cheap lemon cordial mix. And the beer drinkers at the table said that their draughts seemed a bit watered down.
