Crawdaddy's Good Food - Montana

My wife and I had an awesome experience here!We were served by Eugene. What a friendly professional server!Always smiling and laughing, he attended to our every need! He was very professional and dressed very neatly. The restaurant business needs more waiting staff to behave just like Eugene!Well done Eugene!

The only reason I am giving 1 star is due to waiters not wearing masks. Pandemic times people! Mask under chin or under nose or taking it off to speak does not wing it. Management just looks on. As a matter of fact, one manager’s mask was also sported on his chin. The playground is exactly that. Bit loud when we were there. The food however was fantastic.

We were supposed to visit another restaurant that is nearby, but unfortunately it is closed. So we got no choice, but to try this restaurant. The restaurant was slightly crowded with more customers, as compared to another restaurant nearby.The service was good, and the food portion was big too. Had the rump with mushroom sauce, and the mussels chowder with garlic bread. The rump was nice and tender, and the chowder was tasty and fresh too.Will visit again, if there is another visit here.

We enjoyed lunch Group of four with my grandson who enjoyed the little play park. Food was good, hot, served in good time, Steaks great. Coffee palatable.

nice atmosphere and kiddies play area is available. Very large menu to choose from and portions are big. Restaurant was busy and we had waiting times for drinks to arrive but overall can recommend a visit. Our waiter could not speak Afrikaans and we needed some clarity on some of the items on the menu. He could not assist and did not want to call another waiter. We did however have a gentleman over to our table when the food was served that spoke Afrikaans.

Great food, great fast service, not a huge fan of the children's play area set up. I've been to all the Crawdaddys in Pretoria and Balito, consistency is definitely a huge plus with all these restaurants. A wide variety of amazing choices of food and drink for the whole family, tends to get busy so for safety make a reservation.

When you are used to Crawdaddys in Pretoria this is but a poor reflection of the quality of service and food. Price to high for the latter. Ate there once will not revisit.

We had a brithday dinner here and as always the Crawdaddy's team did not disappoint! The food was scrumptious and the service great! The manager was present and made sure that all is taken care of. The only slight let down was the state of the bathrooms. They were not dirty but could do with a serious upgrade. Overall a chilled vibe.

Recently my husband and I started noticing that this particular Crawdaddys is not busy anymore. You can walk in Friday night at the end of the month and be able to find a table. This is not possible at Crawdaddys in Brooklyn.Anyhow, we went for late Sunday lunch today. We were served by a lady indicated as Noma on the till slip. The service from her was exceptionally poor. She was not interested in if the food was all right, we had to wait 20 minutes after finishing the meal for her to bring the bill, which she never did, while she was only interested in refilling my husbands beer. She was not friendly, she was not helpful and she was much more interested in serving the couple sitting behind us After waiting 20 minutes for her to come and clear the plates, I wrapped my left-overs in a serviette and went to the front where we had the “pleasure” of being “assisted” by Ernest. My husband was still voicing his dissatisfaction to Ernest while he just walked away to show clients to a table.The service was a problem at a previous occasion as well where the manager said he will look into the issue. Service is still pathetic. There were more waiters standing around then tables with clients in the restaurant, but the service is slow.Ons could look past the flies that is a real turn-off, but flies coupled with pathetic service is unacceptable.I have a feeling this specific Crawdaddy’s wont be around in years to come. The franchisee should sent his staff to Brooklyn for some proper training and tips on how to treat customers.

Crawdaddys normally my favorate restaurant. Montana branch is seriously lacking. 3rd visit and again the food is cold / frozen!!
