Col'Cacchio - Blouberg

We called ahead to ask wether they were operating on a full menu due to load shedding. They said yes. Our group arrived and ordered drinks. When we ordered food, 2 of us asked Defoe vegan pizza, we were told they were out of stock. The waiter suggested I have a salad..at a pizzeria... the manager didn’t apologize just told us there was a supply issue. Strange because Fornaria down the road has vegan cheese. So did the checkers and Woolies in the Col Cacchios center bur they were happy to let us leave instead of make a plan and go buy cheese. Good choice though Fornaria has far better pizza and pasta and never have supply issues with anything on their menu. Theyre also fully operational during load shedding

The pasta dishes are delicious - especially the Cielo with pesto, the pulled pork dish is also very tasty.Salads are also brilliant!

I was invited by a long term family friend to join them at Col'cacchio and was thoroughly impressed with their food menu. I was a bit 'traditional' in selecting pizza and beer, but I was not disappointed. The pizza was excellent.

Ordered 2 pasta dishes...they came in 5 minutes cold and tasteless....do not eat pasta in this place...they do not know how to cook it and they use microwave ....waste of time and money

Super disappointed in Col’Cacchio tonight. At 20:35 I ordered two pizza’s for collection. I was told to return 30 minutes later which I did. I proceeded to wait much longer than advised over the phone and finally left the restaurant at 21:32 - almost an hour after ordering. I didn’t actually mind waiting as I understand that all restaurants have busy evenings. The worst part was returning home with my two pizza’s only to find that both were 100% cold. I was under the impression that because I waited so long, when they were eventually ready they’d be straight out of the oven? My partner and I are very dissapointed that our long awaited treat that cost over R300 was a disaster. I hope I will hear back with regards to this

My wife and I were shopping at the nearby Checkers and wanted to watch the Wales SA world cup match so we popped into Col'Cacchio for a pizza and a beer on tap.We were lucky to get a table right in front of the TV. We ordered a split pizza to share and two drafts of craft beer. Our waitress was very pleasant and the pizza was quite good and cooked just right, although I made the mistake of ordering one half with toppings that also included green pepper. Note to self "don't do that again!" I should have looked more carefully at the ingredients as green pepper has no place on a pizza or in a salad that I eat, for that matter as it just gives me the worst indigestion. Not the fault of the restaurant who's service and food is very good and well worth a visit.

It is the 3rd Tuesday we enjoyed their hospitality. The service, food and drink were of a very high standard.

Had a dinner here and the food was exceptional and the service fantastic. This is a place I would definitely go to again. Pricing is good and the venue is crisp and classy.

Not really one for eating pizza other than small Italian places, not my normal choice. However, in passing,noticed a lunchtime special and operating on the "nothing ventured, nothing gained" thought to give it a try.Good service, very good thin based pizza and outstanding value ! I am lactose intolerant. Especially requested no cheeze on piazza. Confirmed with waitron. What do i get? Very unhappy. Will not be back.How do you get the most basic request wrong?????
