Col'Cacchio - Belvedere Square

We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our order after which we had to leave with take aways. We were still expected to pay full price. It was an important family occasion that was ruined. The restaurant was not busy and it should’ve been easy for the waitress to notice that something is wrong with the order. The take away service detracts from the customers inside the restaurant. It is unpleasant to squeeze ones way through bunch of queueing delivery drivers and take away orders to try and have a decent restaurant meal.
On two previous occasions my own online take away order of a carb free base was served as a normal pizza. No discount offered, only an apology. My impression is that service does not keep up with demand. The food is very tasty and drives popularity.

Good pizza place and very good play area for the kids. Relaxed environment and service staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely go back.
