Yesterday I had the privilege of indulging in an incredible 5 course wine tasting experience! Wow, I really enjoyed every morsel of food and every drop of wine!

To start, we were treated to edamame and prawn tostados. The edamame's were such a fun element to this dish, and we all enjoyed shelling and devouring the peas inside.

Next came the famous civiche sliders. This dish was great, although there was a portion of 'curried' fish that I didn't quite enjoy.

The Nikkei, also known as seared tuna was possibly my favourite dish of the day! Not only was it prepared to perfection but it was paired with the most delicious De Westhof 'Limestone Hill' Chardonnay. I was in heaven!

For the main course I decided to go with the Sirloin Lomo Saltado, and although very tasty it was incredibly rare. I think had I known this I might've gone with the Miso Cured black cob. It looked equally delectable.

To end off our feast, we were treated with Charangos renowned dessert tacos! Think oozy chocolate
