Casa Bella - Grand West

Wow it was my first time eating there. A celebration, we had a group booking. We arrived even before our set time. Food order was placed, the service was very slow, unorganised. We received our food late, we were in a rush to finish desert as the next company was standing in the venue for there timeslot. My daughter did not receive her desert as ordered. My food was medium to well done but came raw. This was really a disappoinment

I loved the Pollo Pasta dish - served with chicken and mushrooms in a white sauce. It was delicious covered with some of the side condiments served (garlic / green chili's and parmesan cheese). Will definitely visit again!

Saturday past we visited Casa Bella. We had a group booking there however this was not my families 1st time at the restaurant. Unfortunately our experience on the day was not excellent. The service was extremely slow and very bad. My husband's order was never put in even thought our tables order was taken with our 2 children and I. When our main meals came my husband's main meal was not with and we where advised it will take a further 20 min for his main meal to be finished. This infuriated my husband and he left the restaurant(we where already their over a hour) which put a damper on our whole meal. Upon his return we asked to speak to the manager who brought his main meal however my husband decided not to eat at the restaurant. The other problem we had was on your dessert menu they did not have the tiramisu. We asked for the bill paid our meal/ drinks and left the restaurant. The manager apologized and made excuses because of a special and how busy the restaurant is however that is not our problem as an customer.

We visited casa Bella grandwest on mothers day and we had one amazing time. The manager Nathaniel was a superb host and the food was outstanding. The lamb shank fell off the bone with tenderness and u could sink your teeth into the steak. The place was spotless. I'll definitely be visiting there very soon again.

Services was really poor. Received our drinks after 45 mins of ordering them and our food came almost an hour after ordering alwell. When we received our drinks my dad's coffee was cold ansy steak was cold as well.Would recommend me this place really

Had a lovely dinner with my family as Casa Bella tonight. Pizza was phenomenal. Service was friendly and helpful. Only critique I can gove is that the lighting is too bright in the restaurant. Dim the lights a bit and play some nice italian tunes or jazz and you have a perfect little italian restaurant

Last night we had dinner at casabella grand west. What an unforgettable experience. The service was out of this world. Our waitress Madina was very professional and friendly from the moment she welcomed us till we left,very knowledgeable about the menu and super attentive to details.The food was very delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

The service at your restaurant was horrible yesterday. Justine (Manager on Duty) was disgusting. We reserved a table for 10 people, when we got there the table was not prepared. Later he told us we should have printed our wikideals vouchers. We advised that we can email them to him or his senior managers because there are no printers around. After struggling for 2 hours looking for a place to print his senior offered that we should sent the voucher to him as we requested but he said he could not. One of the waitress told us that he could but he did not want to do it for us.

This 5-star rating is purely based on the divine food myself and my partner had this weekend! We went for the 3 course Wikideal and it was absolutely outstanding. I had the Filleto Pizza where the fillet steak was as soft as butter! The meal that stood out the most was my partner's Spatchcock Chicken!!! This was the best chicken we have ever eaten! The peri-peri sauce had the perfect heat and a beautiful hint of lemon. The chicken was a full chicken and was moist and juicy! We ate tempted to go back this weekend purely for that chicken! Dessert was just as lovely with the Lemoncello Cheescake taking the "cake" which was creamy, tangy and not too sweet! We will definitely be returning soon and this will be our new favorite spot. Thanks to Jason who welcomed us with open arms and educated us about each course! What a lovely establishment

I had recently purchased the 3 course gourmet deal on wiki deals to spoil my parents for their anniversary. We are not a family to eat out often and really thought this would be a good special experience for just the two them. From the time my mom called to make a reservation, to arriving...their experience was not close to great. They had a 7:30 pm reservation, was only seated around 8 pm, due to incorrect advise given regarding the printing of the voucher by a staff member when making the reservation. Once seated, waited almost 30 mins for their order to be taken and to top that had to ask what their choices were as its clearly not on the voucher. Finally their meal arrived around 9 pm, and was told by their waiter "he is under pressure" when apologizing. This restaurant clearly requires a manager that will ensure all staff is educated regarding all processes esp regarding voucher bookings, and ensure sufficient staff is scheduled per shift in order for customers to have a pleasant dining experience. The only good (not great) thing was the food, sadly we will not go back or recommend, as its one thing to have good food and another to have bad service with it.
