I had very good memories of CTFM in the Cap and in KZN. So I was expecting to enjoy my meal. I had sushi from the display to start. Very dry, like it had been turning around all day. My husband had prawn spring rolls - ok but very small portion for the price. My salmon Main was very pricy for what I got. Although the fish itself was well cooked and tasty, it only came with potato wedges- no garnish and just dumped on the plate - for R198 one expects better. My husband had the Fishoek platter - as he said, it filled a gap. All in all an expensive dinner for what we got. We won’t be back

Im sitting here and the waiter walks past me. Picks up my drink walks away with it and goes to show her colleague and comes back and put its down. First of all thats rude and unprofessional. You dont just walk and pick someone’s drink up and walk away with it ! Aswell as they take thier time to take your order i maybe waited 15 minutes before they served me ? And then im looking through the menu and what do i find Someones thrown away gum in between the pages?! And fungus has been growing on it ?!

Service was reasonable and the meals were acceptable, although one feels rushed as if in a fast food restaurant. The Sushi was not too bad although we have had better. I found that the prices of the seafood meals did not quite match the portions and quality offered. The menu is varied but mainly seafood as becomes the restaurant type. The wine selection is good.

Well situated in the upgraded shopping centre. The food and the service is good, but not outstanding. I am of the opinion that you can get better value for money.

CTFM is well-spaced & has a nostalgic feeling about it. The food was really delicious, but it did take a tad bit too long to come out. We really didn't like how there were so many flies in the establishment-my fellow diner spent half the time swatting flies away. They need to fix that. The menu needs a bit more shellfish-That would be great. I love their extensive cocktail menu and the Mississippi MudPie was out of this world!! Minor problems, but I would return.

The new spot at Northridge Mall IS amazing. You notice the restaurant from the parking lot already with the massive glass doors and HUGE outside area.The ambiance is cozy and warm. The new menu would need you to look at it twice because the selection is so good and makes it hard to pick on a winner!The service is fast, efficient and served up with a smile. Bring your date, your friends or the entire family this place has it all. I tried the Tuna Carpaccio it was amazing and regretted not trying other items on the tappas menu. Mains was a hearty fish curry. Spicey and lovely!Come try CTFM this new menu is phenomenal.

Slow service and lacking atmosphere.Portions are small with no attention to detail. Ordered grilled fish and chips for a table of five guests. Dish served with a very small lemon wedge, sauce tar tar and no lemon butter sauce? Accompanying French fries were not altogether crisp...Unimpressed

Unfortunate experience at Cape Town Fish Market Bloemfontein 25/03/2018. After a long trip, this was our resting spot before heading South. Ravenous we opted for meals that we thought CTFM chefs couldn't get wrong. We requested bread while we waited for our simple fish and chips. Bread roll came late (same time as the meal). Warming the roll didn't conceal the fact that it wasn't fresh because it was rock hard and tasted stale. Fish was fried to a crisp on the outside and the inside was watery like melted ice. Chips were over fried, dark brown but not burnt . None of these were edible. We returned the meals, paid and left grateful that the bottled water was palatable. What a pity!

Impressed...No no no!!!!! super impressed. Wow. Clean hygienic and to top off what fresh seafood. Well done to this management and staff. Your food is so so tasty and fresh. Your sushi the salmon the tuna to die for.................this was experience. Thank you. Will definitely be back
