Calisto's Portuguese Restaurant - Gillview

LOVE this place. Took my mom for lunch on passing through the area. We literally arrived as they opened at 12 . We ordered a full chicken to share with milho frito. Amazing. We pigged out firstly with the huge fresh portuguese rolls which we smothered in butter and then I couldn't resist the fresh peri perI that adorns each table. My lips were burning and swelling but I kept going back for more. We bought the chilli as takeaway and have been hooked since. The milho fritz is also fantastic dunked in the sauce from the chicken hmmmm
