I made a booking for the Mothersday lunch Buffet about 3 weeks ago. When we arrived at the restaurant, my booking was crossed out on their list. The manager simply told me that they did not have space inside the restaurant for us. We were placed outside at a table where we were in the way of waiters and other patrons. After I kept complaining, we were eventually moved inside. There was only 1 buffet station. We (and everyone else) waited 45 minutes in the queue. By the time we were able to eat, there were no more desserts left. I once again went to the manager (who were ignoring the long queue and frustrated patrons) and informed her that they ran out of desert. They continued by putting out plain vanilla ice cream. I have never experienced such chaos and ignorance from a manager. She could have solved the logistical problems early on, but chose to hide inside, chatting to her friends. It was the worst Mothersday ever, spending all our time queuing & fighting.
