Terrible attitude and unprofessional approach, unapologetic and unaccommodating... don’t waste your time here, many more customer friendly oriented places out there. Glad we ended up cancelling our booking after a very unsavory experience dealing with the sarcastic and condescending food and beverage manager (won’t mention her name).
