Bossa - Soneike

Always a great experience. The vibe is amazing with a great layout. The restaurant and pub area is split from each other but accessible. The best pizza to have is the Costa da Plenty. If you love meat and lots of goodies on your pizza then this one is a must. Always had great waiters. Friendly and helpful. A favourite of mine to go back to.

I had the 350g rump with pepper sauce ad french fries. The steak was cooked to perfection and was thick and juicy. However, I question if it was 350 grams. The chips and pepper sauce wer good.

The burgers and chips with onion rings and salads was very good. The beers was fantastic cold. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The burgers great value and taste not to bad, but front of house staff ignoring you, Serving staff helpfull but anyone higher up shine in their absence, and when you ask your patrons if they are coming back dont think by ignoring the complaint that the issue is settled. Bad very bad

I've been to a couple of different Bossa branches and have never been disappointed. In the group we shared a couple of starters including their Cream Cheese Poppers which were hot, but tasty. For the main my wife had a burger and I had the Eisbein (800g) which was very filling. The menu ranges from light snacks and hearty meals to a good selection of pizzas, so you should find something to fit your taste. They have a couple of seating areas - an outside seating area in front, a big indoor area, and an outdoor (covered) area in the back next to the kids play area. If you have kids then the last one is perfect, as there is enough to keep them entertained where you can keep an eye on them while you enjoy your meal. The restaurant can get quite busy so if you are a large group I would recommend you make a reservation. One if the things I love about this restaurant is that they have the "Truman" larger on-tap which is a light, easy drinking beer that I can highly recommend. Bossa Cafe in Kuilsriver is a dependable restaurant and they also have a pretty decent bar area if you just want to grab a drink and get a couple of snacks.

Worst service ever will never go back. Maybe it is because I am not 1 if the regulars Had to go to waiter to order my drinks.spoke to the manager he did not even have the decency to come over and have a chat had to ask a waiter to please come and clean our table.shoo it was bad.

Do you know what it's like when friends decide to get together for a bite to eat? You chat, catch up on everything and just chill.It was busy when we arrived at the restaurant on Tuesday 2018-12-11, so we weren't really fazed having to wait for quite some time before anybody approached our table with menus or taking drinks orders. Order placed, food was great, the company even better. Then the waiter presented our bill. We paid cash. Nine hundred rand (R900) in R100 notes and two fifties. The waiter took the money holder and left. After a short while, he came back and said we paid short. And he started to count the money. And in between the R100 notes, there was a little ten rand (R10-00) note.We said nope, we gave him a thousand rand (R1000-00) as we each paid with R100 notes which we counted at the table!He turned and ran! And we didn't see him again.We took the money and went to the Managers desk informing them of what just transpired.The management said they will look into it etc.My concern is, how often was this done in the past. How many of their cash paying customers were fleeced by some of the waiters using this scheme?If the waiter comes back saying you paid short, the customer might think ok maybe I made a mistake and "correct it" by paying the difference. BOSSA is a great restaurant and we will definitely go back, but next time around we will pay at the front desk.

The place lookes great, waiters are on point. Food is well priced and well prepared. Its how ever very loud inside, don't know if its the music or they sound bouncing of the walls, great for a party but not a quiet dinner

How is this for going the extra mile. On Sunday I took my family for a meal at the new Bossa restaurant at Soneike Mall in Kuilsriver. My youngest daughter asked for a chocolate milkshake with mini marshmallows on top. The restaurant did not have mini marshmallows, so the waiter went to the shop next door and bought a packet of mini marshmallows. He brought the milkshake to the table and proceed to open the packet and handed it to me so I could place it on the milkshake for my daughter. Well done to Innocent who clearly understand the importance of going the extra mile.

When an area really needs something new and the right brand at the right time comes along, everyone jumps on the wagon and goes crazy!!!The popularity of this venue has overtaken it’s abillity to keep the service level up to standard. While the quality of the food is really exceptional, the service level of the wait staff leaves much to be desired. On a quiet day, which there are very few, the service is great and this i have since they have opened with most dayshift staff, its the evening staff that seem to need more training or assistance with the much larger volume of Diners that turn the tables.I hope this really great venue that serves really good food, can up its service game to become really one of the nicer places to dine out... They have the right recipe to be extremely successful in the long term as they have shown over this short period of time. Keep it up guys, but pls look at the wait staff, and iron those wrinkles out before they affect your popularity.
