Once again a great food experience at our local Pizzeria.The best is they still follow protocol according to Government Gazette, hand sanitizing, temperature, al staff members wearing masks and social distancing . Tables are spread out and people don't sit on top of each other, Thanks for making us feel save while dining at a local favorite.

The food was delicious! We had the Napolitana pizza and the Cannelloni. Really enjoyed it. I'd recommend

Sad to report our meal here was not really the treat we had hoped for. I ordered pizza Diavolo, which was quite acceptable, but curiously lacked any "heat". My wife ordered pasta carbonara, which she found very disappointing. Service was also rather slow. On this showing I would not be recommending to friends.

Very quiet restaurant. Quaint. Nice atmosphere, however pizza is an over cooked thin base. Had the salmon pizza and the magnetite but was really dry and flavourless. Maybe the pastas are a better option. ???

We stumbled upon this little gem at lunch time. We both chilled out and loved the seafood pasta.. it was so tasty. The vibe is super chilled and very reasonably priced

Have walked passed this establishment for years, decided to give it a go and it was surprisingly amazing! Will defo be back, by far the best for food in Derry street. Good service and good solid tasty food, pitty it is so quiet most of the time

We just had our pastas here and both were good, big enough portions to fill you up for the night and decently priced. My wife had the Primavera with tagliatelle and I had penne alla Luigi. Recommended.

Lovely neighbourhood restaurant with authentic italian food. The fillet with a mushroom sauce is absolutely delicious, it melts in your mouth - sliced thinly with an amazing sauce. Yummy sides of fries and veggies. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended

Waitress serving us had such a disrespectful and sarcastic tone towards us, asking us if we were sure about the mains we have ordered multiple times, reminding us sarcastically that we should change our mind soon if were not sure.According to the menu the steak was to be topped with garlic butter sauce but when the main arrived there was no sauce to be seen - the waitress simply commented that the steak was cooked in the butter - it was not. She then had the audacity to scold us that we should have known this before we ordered.Later we asked for the remaining food to be packed for takeaway to which the waitress commented that we should do the dishes - she claimed that it was a joke when a complaint was raised about the commented but in the hospitality industry a comment like that is simply unacceptable.The manager was in the restaurant so we raised the issue with her, and she did nothing to correct the waitress nor did she say sorry.

lovely cosy Italian restaurant in Vredehoek. The best pizza in town. His owner is from the north of Italy, he knows very well his business!
