Andy's Sushi Bar

It was a takeaway night, pizza for her, sushi for me and I'd heard about Andy's but had passed it by many times without seriously considering it. I'm glad I read the reviews here. The takeaway service was simple and relatively quick, the staff friendly and, above all, the sushi was excellent and very reasonably priced. Perhaps too reasonably priced because I ordered vast amounts and that ate it ALL myself over the next couple of hours. No regrets!

This little spot punches way above its weight. Locals and tourists swear by Andy's Sushi. The takeaway sushi is prepared so quickly that it's finished by the time you put down the phone. Or sit down and enjoy your meal while watching the Sea Point night life pass by.

Andy’s in Sea Point is not a fancy restaurant. It seems that most of the business is done through take outs compared to sit down. The sushi was absolutely outstanding. It was so good that it is now our go to Sushi Bar. We highly recommend their 5x5 and Bomb.

Andy's sushi is the best we've had anywhere in the world, including Japan. It is our local and you can find us there at least once or twice a week with our friends who are also Andy addicts. When we return to Cape Town after travelling, we immediately go there as we suffer withdrawals! The waitresses know our orders by heart and the sushi never disappoints, even after three years of us going there. It is also affordable - you're not charged an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

It looks completely random, but this little hidden gem is our favorite sushi in Cape Town. Grab some takeaway! We love the 24 piece special platter (we’ve been ordering it like once a week for 5 years).

Andy's Sushi Bar does not look like much, but the Sushi is OUTSTANDING! If you're craving some 'Sooosh' like I was, this is the hidden gem for you! I googled 'best Sushi in CT' and I was not disappointed!

I decided to get a 16 piece salmon and tuna sushi platter. Really worth every cent and will be having it again in the not too distant future. Well worth it.

If we just walked past we would probably knot have gone in but on the back of a recommendation we gave it a shot. This must be the best value sushi around and set ons the vibey main street full of non stop activity.

I only ordered take away from them, but it was exactly how i was told: amazing! I heard it's owned by the ex sushi chef at willoughby's, and honestly i liked this one even better. The roles are slightly smaller than willoughbys which i actually prefer. And the price is a fraction. Highly recommend!
