  A 3-course gourmet dinner
  1. Starter: Salmon Stacker
    Layers of smoked salmon, fresh tomato, seasonal avocado, and capers, drizzled with dill crème fraîche, and served with homemade flatbread for a perfectly balanced bite.
  2. Mains:
    Chargrilled Beef Fillet - Succulent chargrilled beef fillet, served with seasonal vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes for an elegant and indulgent dining experience.
    OR
    Chargrilled Chicken Symphony - A masterfully grilled half chicken, delicately infused with your choice of zesty lemon herb or bold peri-peri sauce. Accompanied by perfectly golden, crispy chips and a medley of fresh, seasonal vegetables.
  3. Dessert: Strawberry Cheesecake
    A velvety, smooth cheesecake with a perfect balance of creamy richness and a hint of sweet strawberry flavour.
2. Vegetarian Dinner Menu
  1. Starter: Deep Fried Halloumi with Sweet Chilli Sauce
    Delight in the crisp, golden exterior and irresistibly soft, creamy centre of our deep fried halloumi, paired with a vibrant and tangy sweet chilli sauce
  2. Mains
    Grilled Salmon (P) - Perfectly grilled salmon, served with seasonal vegetables and velvety mashed potatoes for a delightful flavour combination

    Primavera "Veggie Pasta" (V)
    A colourful mix of broccoli, olives, peppers, brinjals, and mushrooms in a savoury cherry tomato sauce, topped with parmesan for a fresh, flavourful finish.
  3. Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Cake
    A rich and decadent chocolate mousse layered on a velvety cake base, offering a perfect balance of smooth indulgent chocolate flavour.
