    An essential ingredient to sushi. We offer regular and low sodiumKikkoman Soy Sauce.
  2. Pickled Ginger
    Sushi is always accompanied by thin slices of pickled ginger. Its sharp fl avour is perfect to cleanse the palate between mouthfuls.
  3. Wasabi
    Often referred to as Japanese horseradish, this biting yet refreshing spice is a different plant to Western horseradish, being more fragrant and less sharp.
  4. Japanese/Kewpie Mayo
    Used in some sushi preparations and is a little sweeter and milder than most Western brands.
